After purchasing a ticket, refunds and credits towards future events are not available. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at Kayo’s discretion up to 7 business days before the event. 

We have arranged a dedicated room block at the InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf. Prices start at $399.00 per night. This block will sell out, so we recommend booking your room early. This year, you can curate your personal conference experience by purchasing event add-ons during check-out. 

Ticket holders who purchased the Early Access Attendee List add-on will receive the attendee list 4 weeks in advance in Excel and PDF format. All other attendees will have access to the attendee list up to one week before the event.
