Ticket holders who purchased the Early Access Attendee List add-on will receive the attendee list 4 weeks in advance in Excel and PDF format. All other attendees will have access to the attendee list up to one week before the event. You can purchase an Early Access Attendee List add-on here.

Kayo specializes in small-scale, focused environment conferences with quality introductions and best-in-class content. In 2023, Kayo's flagship Private Equity Summit was so large that attendees requested a way to go back to the more intimate size. Two fundamental components of Private Equity are (1) M&A and Dealmaking and (2) Fundraising and Investor Relations. Therefore, we decided to create the Private Equity Series, a two-event series. Professionals will register for separate events - (1) M&A Summit and/or (2) Private Funds Summit - so they can go deeper into specialty and meet a more curated network. 

The M&A Summit is designed for deal professionals who are originating deals and closing transactions. This includes private equity investment teams, capital markets, investment banks, lenders and transaction advisors. The Private Funds Summit is designed for fundraisers and allocators who are in capital development. This includes private equity investor relations, institutional investors, family offices, placement agents, lenders and fund advisors.
