What is the dress code for the M&A Summit?

Kayo Summits normally adhere to a business professional dress code. Attendees can expect to see everything from dresses in bold hues of color to traditional pant suits in classic navy or black. Check out the below images from past events for a sample of outfits.

After purchasing a ticket, refunds and credits towards future events are not available. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at Kayo’s discretion up to 7 business days before the event.

We've secured a room block at The Four Seasons. Prices start at $555.00 per night. This block will sell out, so we recommend booking your room early. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive a direct link to book. Check out more details about the venue here.

This year, you can curate your personal conference experience by purchasing event add-ons during check-out. If you have already purchased a ticket, you can click here to purchase additional add-ons.

Ticket holders who purchased the Early Access Attendee List add-on will receive the attendee list 4 weeks in advance in Excel and PDF format. All other attendees will have access to the attendee list up to one week before the event. You can purchase an Early Access Attendee List add-on here

We see a variety of experience levels. Attendees at the Private Equity Series are typically mid-to-senior level to senior level professionals. Check out more details for the Attendee demographics here.

Kayo specializes in small-scale, focused environment conferences with quality introductions and best-in-class content. In 2023, Kayo's flagship Private Equity Summit was so large that attendees requested a way to go back to the more intimate size. Two fundamental components of Private Equity are (1) M&A and Dealmaking and (2) Fundraising and Investor Relations. Therefore, we decided to create the Private Equity Series, a two-event series. Professionals will register for separate events - (1) M&A Summit and/or (2) Private Funds Summit - so they can go deeper into specialty and meet a more curated network.

The M&A Summit is designed for deal professionals who are originating deals and closing transactions. This includes private equity investment teams, capital markets, investment banks, lenders and transaction advisors. The Private Funds Summit is designed for fundraisers and allocators who are in capital development. This includes private equity investor relations, institutional investors, family offices, placement agents, lenders and fund advisors.
