FAQs
Is this event open to people outside of New York?
Absolutely! While the conference is held in New York, we will have regional and national content on the agenda and welcome attendees from across the country.
What is the dress code for the Forum?
Kayo Forums and Summits normally adhere to a business professional dress code. Attendees can expect to see everything from dresses in bold hues of color to traditional pant suits in classic navy or black.
What is the cancellation policy?
After purchasing a ticket, refunds and credits towards future events are not available. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at Kayo’s discretion up to 7 business days before the event.
When will I receive the attendee list?
Ticket holders who purchased the Early Access Attendee List add-on will receive the attendee list 4 weeks in advance in Excel and PDF format. All other attendees will have access to the attendee list two weeks before the event.
Can I purchase a ticket via invoice?
Yes! Please complete your pass application and then contact Kate at kate@kayoconferenceseries.com to make a request.
Can I attend more than one Forum?
Yes, attendance is not limited to one Forum. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a per-event basis.
