Not seeing information below? You must opt in to 1:1 Meetings as a part of your registration to schedule meetings. Click Here to update your registration. The attendee list will be available 10 days before the event. If you purchase an early access attendee list, you will be able to view the list 4 weeks in advance.

To view your current scheduled meetings, click the"My Schedule" tab.

Details:

• ⁠Meetings are hosted in the 1:1 Meeting Hall (in Aujourd'hui next to the Connection Café)
• 1:1 Meeting Hall hours are: Tuesday, October 14, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, October 15, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Table availability is live and up to date in the Scheduler. If a table or time is unavailable, you will not be able to select that combination as the location for your meeting.
• Each meeting is in 30-minute increments. There is no limit on the number of meetings booked.

Instructions:

• Review the attendee list below. Please note the attendee list will be visible 10 days before the event, or 4 weeks in advance if you purchased the early access attendee list add-on
• Click on the "request meeting" button next to the person you would like to set up a meeting with.
• An invitation for your meeting request will be sent to the recipient's email address with the option to approve or decline the invitation.
• You will receive an email confirmation for your meeting once the recipient chooses to accept or decline the invitation.
• Meetings will show on your My Schedule Tab:
  • Grey: Pending invitations
  • Orange: Confirmed invitations
  • Declined invitations will not show on your My Schedule tab
